Website information is for education and general guidance about urology, uro-oncology, endourology, HoLEP, kidney stones, men's health, and second opinions. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical recommendation.
Appointment coordination
Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, or assistant summary does not book or change an appointment. A booking or change is complete only after its result is verified through HuliPractice or another authorized workflow and expressly communicated. If the workflow is unavailable or the result cannot be verified, the team must follow up. Each change requires identity verification and explicit consent for that operation.
Digital channels and human review
Digital channels can help organize initial information, but medical decisions require human review. Appointment management requires a verified result from the authorized workflow. Patients should not send sensitive documents, complete diagnostic images, or extensive clinical data until the practice indicates a secure channel.
Information accuracy and availability
The site aims to keep information clear and current, but hours, availability, insurance, hospitals, technology, and administrative workflows may change. Administrative details must be verified before a visit or procedure; clinical instructions come from the medical team.
Privacy and external channels
When using external links such as WhatsApp, maps, Instagram, HuliPractice, or other services, those providers' own policies may also apply. Patients should use secure channels indicated by the practice for complete clinical records.
Emergencies
This site should not be used for medical emergencies. Acute pain, fever, chills, bleeding, urinary retention, renal colic, persistent vomiting, or recent post-operative concern requires urgent medical care.
